Dr. Crystiane Couto

Dr. Couto has been creating beautiful smiles since 2003. Her personal philosophy says it best:
“I believe that it is a rare privilege to be able to go to work every day to make people smile. The creation of these smiles and the relationships I have with my patients are what drives me to do what I do daily”.

Working with Pacific View Dental Group, I am very fortunate to have the support of Dr. Proussaefs and his associates; we work together to assess patients, plan treatment and deliver our results.

Dr. Couto began her career as a dentist in Brazil, where she went through five years of training in Rio de Janeiro. When she moved to the United States, she pursued her orthodontic certificate degree at New York University graduating at the top of her class with high honors.  Following her training at New York University completed a three-year dual residency program in orthodontics and Master of Science in dentistry at Saint Louis University.

After completing her specialization in Orthodontics, she went into private practice in Texas, where she worked for over five years before moving to the greater Los Angeles area.

A member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Couto is proud to join Pacific View Dental Group and takes great pride in her professionalism and attention to detail she provides to her patients.

Dr. Couto resides in the Los Angeles area with her husband, enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
